YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform our staff before your service if you have any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your treatment. This allows us to provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are highly recommended. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

If you have special requests or would like to book with a specific nail artist, please contact us by phone or text for availability.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their services shortened, adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled based on the remaining appointment time and salon availability.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may require a deposit for future bookings or may result in booking restrictions.

Any required deposits may be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-show appointments.

PRICING POLICY

Service prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for extra length, repairs, custom designs, specialty products, or additional time required to complete a service.

10-DAY GUARANTEE & COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 10-day guarantee on nail enhancement services. (Regular polish service is excluded.)

If you experience lifting, chipping, or workmanship-related issues within 10 days of your appointment, please contact us and we will gladly assess and fix the issue.

Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Picking, biting, or improper care
  • Excessive force or impact
  • Repairs performed by another salon

SERVICES & SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please inspect your nails before leaving the salon. If any adjustments or corrections are needed, let us know during your visit and we will gladly address them.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

GROUP BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

To reserve appointments for groups of 3 or more guests, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.

Deposits will be applied toward the final service total on the day of the appointment.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Little Nail Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

SURVEILLANCE

For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property, our salon is monitored by digital video surveillance.

SERVICE ANIMALS

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, only trained service animals as defined by applicable law are permitted inside the salon.

CHILD SAFETY

For safety and insurance liability reasons, children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children do not run, yell, or disturb other clients. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children while on the premises.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Little Nail Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

COLOR SELECTION POLICY

We are happy to help guests find the perfect color. If you are undecided, we can apply and compare a couple of colors on one or two nails to help you make your selection before proceeding with the full service.

Once the color has been approved and applied to the full set, any request to remove and change the color will be considered an additional service and may incur additional charges due to the extra time and materials required.

We kindly ask guests to finalize their color choice before full application begins.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

We may occasionally photograph completed nail services for quality control, training, marketing, or social media purposes.

Clients who prefer not to be photographed may notify their technician at any time, and we will gladly respect their preference.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Little Nail Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to:

  • Individuals with contagious nail, skin, or health conditions.
  • Individuals with infected or open wounds in the treatment area.
  • Individuals displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests.
  • Individuals whose condition may compromise the health, safety, or comfort of others in the salon.
