Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their services shortened, adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled based on appointment availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
10-Day Guarantee
We proudly stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 10-day guarantee on gel polish applications and nail enhancement services performed entirely by Little Nail Room. (Regular polish services are excluded.)
If you experience gel polish chipping or workmanship-related issues within 10 days of your appointment, please contact us and we will gladly assess and address the issue.
Please note that builder gel fill services performed over an existing set are not covered for lifting, cracking, breakage, or product failure, as the condition and application of the original set may be beyond our control, especially when the original work was performed by another salon or technician.
Our guarantee does not cover:
Accidents or trauma to the nails
Misuse, neglect, or improper aftercare
Picking, biting, or intentional removal of product
Excessive force, impact, or exposure to harsh chemicals
Changes in personal preference, including color, shape, length, or design
Repairs, modifications, or services performed by another salon or technician after your visit
Lifting, cracking, or breakage of builder gel fill services performed over an existing set
